Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared, shipped, delivered, or picked up.

Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Custom orders, event orders, and shipped orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Orders
For shipped orders:
